Shipping policy

Dispatch Time
All orders received before 3:30pm (on a business day) are expected to be dispatched the same day.

Shipping Method & Time
All orders are sent with Post Haste, Castle Parcels or NZ Couriers, as tracked shipments.
You will receive the tracking information once the order has been processed. 
Allow 2-4 business days for delivery to non-rural addresses.
For delivery to rural addresses, allow 3-5 business days.
Failure to select the correct shipping method at checkout will result in a text or email being sent to resolve. The order will be held until either an address suited to the shipping method or additional funds are received.

Shipping Restrictions
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
