Best way to apply Saphir Pate de Luxe

Step 1: Insert shoe trees. These help keep the shape of your shoes

Step 2: Pate de Luxe is the final stage of any shoe care routine. 
Ensure the shoes are cleaned and hydrated with a shoe cream first

Step 3: Use a polishing cloth or soft cotton cloth to apply the Pate de Luxe in very small amounts.
The key to a high shine is a build-up of thin wax layers, not one thick layer.
Apply the wax in a circular motion with very light pressure.

Step 4: The wax will slightly hazy, at this point you can add a small drop of water.
Continue to work the wax in a circular motion until it turns from hazy to a shine.
This completes the first layer of wax

Step 5: Repeat steps 3 & 4 until the desired level of shine is accomplished.

Tips: The key is to use small thin layers & work slowly and lightly to build up the shine.
After wearing multiple times the shine will become duller. This time it won't take as long to build the shine again as there is already a good solid wax base to work on.
